We value your privacy and will treat your email address as if it were our own. By submitting your email to us, you are agreeing to receive marketing emails from us. We won’t share your email information with anyone else.

Marketing Data Collection

We do not track data or use data from other organizations for any purpose.  We use Availability Online for booking directly our website; and as a secondary booking agent.  We do not use or retain any data from either of those organizations. We market our product through Woodinville Wine Country and our local Chamber of Commerce.We manage our own data base which tracks the following information:

  • Name
  • Emails
  • City, State, and Country
  • How you found us
  • Room(s) booked
  • Month and year booked

We do not retain street addresses, phone numbers or credit card information.
