Safety First Practices:
In order to do our part to “flatten the curve,” of infection rates, we are practicing CDC recommended practices.
- As a licensed B&B, we are regularly inspected by the health department and follow their recommendations. The COVID-19 outbreak has helped us look even more closely at our processes. Please rest assured that we will continue to meet or exceed the highest standards recommended by the Public Health and the CDC to help keep you safe.
- We are a small Bed and Breakfast. Guests have less exposure to others than they would at a larger venue. In order to minimize exposure, we have implemented the following until further notice:
- When guests are checking in, the check-in area and the pens are sanitized. We wear masks and practice social distancing during the check-in process.
- Unless all of our rooms are rented by a family/friends group in the same bubble, we are limiting the number of rooms available for reservations to allow more social distancing on the property.
- We are not using bedspreads or decorative pillows.
- We are seating guests at least 6 feet apart during Breakfast and during our nightly “Wine Down” experience. If you choose, you can enjoy your breakfast on the covered and heated front porch or outside on the large deck (weather permitting) We are wearing masks and gloves when preparing your food and taking care of you.
- We are doing extra cleaning between guests and extra sanitizing of surfaces throughout the day in common areas.
- Daily housekeeping is only available upon request. We will coordinate with you to exchange towels, replenish supplies, and remove trash as needed.
Activities Available During the Current Pandemic Guidelines:
- Enjoy the the out of doors on the seating areas, trails and a sports court here at the Hideaway Lodge. There are many other available hiking, biking, golfing and kayaking options available for you to enjoy that are close to the Woodinville area.
- Choose games and puzzles from our game closet or take one of the many paperback books around the lodge.
- TV and WiFi are in your room. We also have a media room with a large TCV and a theater style screen that can be lowered to watch TV or play DVD’s.
- Currently many of the restaurants and Wine Tasting rooms in the area are open in a limited way. Most do take-out orders. Some have outside seating. Inside seating is available when allowed by the state.
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
We recognize that travel plans may need to change suddenly at this time. To add less uncertainty, we will not charge for your room until you arrive, and we will not change a cancellation fee if you have cancelled due to the circumstances related to the pandemic.
